It’s the little features we want you to know about! I’m going to go over five of our small features that I don’t think every client is using enough (or even know about!)
1. Status Icons :: when you are In Queue, there are status icons that show the progress of the listing. Not only does it light up in color when someone has filled in the information, it is also clickable. If you have an employee just taking photos, they don’t have to go through the listing process in order to get to photos. They can go to In Queue and click the camera icon of the item they want to add photos to.

2. Mass Mailing :: You can contact you consignors and let them know information about your store or just advertise a coupon to them. An example mailing would be “Spring Cleaning”, “Don’t garage sale expensive items”, “take 10% off our commission”, etc. You can find our Mass Mailing program under the Consignors tab:
Then click Mass Mailing under the Tools/Settings
Now you can build out your mailing and even select if you want to send the email to all consignors, one-time consignors (meaning they’ve only come in to your store to sell one time) or people that have not been in your store in over 90 days.

3. Consignor Zip Codes :: This report tracks the geographic area by zip code of your consignor base. This is useful when making decisions about where to send direct mailers. You can see this under Reports > Zip Codes

4. Storefront :: We discussed this in a previous post talking about Maximizing Your Storefront. To get to your Storefront settings, go to Admin > Storefront.
AuctionSound gives you the ability to add a custom graphic to the top of your store, change the color scheme, add an About Our Store, feature a product and either write a description of that product on the home page or write some SEO content for your home page. Any time you list an item on eBay, the item will show up in your store.
If you have your own domain name (around $11 a year through GoDaddy) you can have this storefront on your own domain name while we host it. Again, it’s free so why not use it!

5. Information Icons :: At the top right of most pages in AuctionSound, we have an information icon that will explain the elements of the page if something doesn’t make sense.
