Consignor Management
AuctionSound provides a complete solution for eBay consignment. From printing item intake receipts to consignor summary reports, email notifications and check printing capabilities, no other software will streamline your operation like AuctionSound. Knowing the status of any consignment at the click of a button is critical to maintaining a solid customer relationship.
Consignor Account Lookup
The best way to keep your consignors up-to-date is to use our Consignor Account Lookup. This read-only view provides your consignors access to their account summary. It will display the status of their consignments and when listed, provide links to the auctions so they may follow along. This can greatly reduce the amount of customer service inquiries which will allow you to focus on producing successful eBay listings.
Streamlined Listing Process
Our In Queue page shows all of the items undergoing preparation for eBay. Status icons are displayed to indicate which items need photos or descriptions. Listing defaults may be setup to reduce many of the repetitive options presented during the listing process. Our photo manager has a bulk uploader and a complete image editing suite and since we host all of the images for you, there are no eBay image fees to pay!
Consignor Email Notifications
AuctionSound will send email notifications to your consignors to keep them up-to-date with the progress of their consignments. There are several different email notifications you can enable and this feature may be disabled on a per consignor basis if needed.
We also have an auto feedback option for sold items. This is a must have for high volume sellers.
Consignor Check Printing
Once an item has sold, you can pay the consignor directly from within AuctionSound with our check printing feature. You may create a variety of different commission plans such as flat rate or tiered commissions structures, charge service fees or even charge back eBay fees.
